Our refund and returns policy:
Nonrefundable for live psychic chat and live phone call psychic sessions or written psychic readings via message sessions such as email or text messages responses are nonrefundable but can be exchange if warranted due the situation to get store credit towards another service, however approval from Psychic Hope Intuitive. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your psychic session must have not for most part did not conduct such as couldn’t connect item must be printable unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Oracle Psychic Sessions | live chat, phone, text messages, email messages
- Merch products with essential oils, air oil sprays, or and any crystals as each has imperfections due to natural creations, or bath products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable Printables and or any software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
